Our mission has been to educate future “Expats” and prepare them to make their dreams a reality. Ever since my trip to the Yucatan in 1975 I knew that this was the place where I wanted to live. The old world charm, the old fashioned manners, a place where a handshake still meant something along with the people and culture were, and still are, making this the place where dreams come true. Yes the Yucatan has grown since 1975 but it continues to hold its charm! Yes, Merida, Campeche, Cancun, Chetumal and Playa Del Carmen have grown and become modern cities but they each have a charm of their own along with the multitude of smaller towns and villages spread across the peninsula.

Business opportunities here in the Yucatan abound or if it is your own private tropical paradise you’re seeking then your options are nearly limitless. Upon the request of the thousands of visitors to our website we have launched Yucatan-Life Co. Real Estate where our visitors can list their properties or buy their dream property. Each property posted will link you to the owner of the property or to the agent that has the property listed. We also request that sellers notify us upon the sale of their property so that we do not continue listing the property and have to explain to you why the house you fell in love with was already sold. This happened to us years ago.
